What this policy covers
This policy applies to subscriptions for Interiorloop, operated by Manjunath G. It does not cover a designer’s material orders, project deposits, invoices or other amounts paid outside Interiorloop. Those arrangements must be resolved with the studio that provided the interior services.
Subscription checkout is not enabled in this version. The terms below describe the offer that will apply when paid subscriptions are available. We do not currently collect subscription payments or process client project payments in the app.
First subscription purchase
You can request a refund of your first paid Interiorloop subscription purchase within 14 calendar days of the charge. This applies to the first monthly or annual purchase, rather than every renewal. Contact us within that window using the account email associated with the purchase.
Include your studio name, purchase reference and a short explanation of the request. We may need information to identify the payment and verify that you are authorised to request its refund. Do not send full card details or sign-in codes.
An approved refund ends the paid subscription access associated with that purchase. Contact us before requesting a refund if you need help obtaining your project documents. Refunds do not automatically delete your account or studio records.
Renewals & billing issues
Renewal charges are not eligible for discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue. This does not prevent a refund or other remedy for an incorrect or duplicate charge, a service failure, or where required by applicable law.
Report an unexpected, duplicate or incorrect charge to support with the date, amount and purchase reference. We will investigate the payment and explain the resolution. No part of this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
How to cancel
- Email [email protected] from your account email before your next renewal date.
- Include your studio name and purchase or subscription reference, if available. Clearly state that you want to stop the subscription’s renewal.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records. If a subscription-management link is provided with your purchase, you may also use it to cancel.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless that purchase is refunded or another restriction applies under the Terms of Service. There is no automatic prorated refund for unused days when you cancel partway through a period.
The current version does not include an in-app subscription-management portal. Account closure or deleting the browser app is not a cancellation request; use the contact route above for a paid subscription.
Trials & consent to charges
The planned free trial lasts 7 days. Starting a trial does not authorise an automatic charge. A paid subscription will begin only after you choose a plan and consent to the payment and renewal terms at checkout. There is no charge to refund if you have not completed a paid purchase.
The price and billing interval are explained on the pricing page. Any future offer with different refund or trial terms must state them clearly before purchase and cannot remove rights required by law.
How approved refunds are returned
When subscription billing is enabled, purchases and approved refunds will be handled through Dodo Payments, our intended merchant of record. We return an approved refund to the original payment method where supported. The time before it appears depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method; we do not promise a fixed settlement time.
We will communicate the outcome of a request and any information needed to complete it. If a purchase receipt provides a merchant-of-record support route, you can use that route as well. Do not send payment credentials in a support message.
