Write to [email protected] for questions about the app, plans, catalogs or your studio workspace. If you already have an account, include your studio name and account email. For an issue, describe what you were trying to do and what happened; a screenshot can help, provided it does not reveal someone else’s private information.
Email InteriorloopSubscription, refund & cancellation
For a future subscription purchase, contact support from the email used at checkout and include the purchase reference, if available. Clearly say whether you are asking about a charge, requesting a refund or cancelling renewal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility and steps.
Paid subscription checkout is not enabled in the current version. Interiorloop also does not collect your interior designer’s project payments. Contact your designer directly about their project invoice, deposit, material purchase or delivery.
Email about a subscriptionPrivacy, account & security requests
Send account-closure or personal-information requests to [email protected]. Include your account email, studio name and what you need. Our Privacy Policy explains how studio and account information is handled. If a designer collected your information for a project, that studio is the first contact for its use of the data.
For a suspected security issue, use the same address with “Security concern” in the subject. Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.
Business details
Interiorloop provides software for interior-studio management and design presentation. We do not act as an interior contractor, material supplier, escrow service or project-payment processor. Service responsibilities are described in the Terms of Service.
