Privacy Policy

Your workspace contains your studio’s work and your clients’ information. This policy explains what Interiorloop handles, why we need it and how to contact us about it.

Effective: 23 October 2026

Who is responsible

Interiorloop is operated by Manjunath G, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We handle account, support and operational information to run the service.

An interior studio decides what client and project information it puts into its workspace and how it uses that information. For that content, the studio is responsible for the purposes of processing and appropriate permissions; Interiorloop processes it to provide the studio’s requested features. If a studio invited you to submit an enquiry or review a proposal, contact that studio first about its use of your information. You can also contact us for help identifying the responsible studio.

Information we handle

  • Account and studio information: sign-in email, account identifier, profile details supplied by you or a connected identity provider, studio details, team membership and access role.
  • Lead, client and project information: names, contact details, addresses, city, project requirements, budgets, notes, follow-up dates and room dimensions entered by the studio or an enquiry-form visitor.
  • Catalog and design content: material codes, names, descriptions, uploaded swatches, images, files and selected room designs or finishes.
  • Commercial records: quote and proposal content, selected options, approvals, invoice information, recorded external receipts and payment-proof images. Private studio records can also include supplier details, material costs, expenses and bill attachments.
  • Support and technical information: messages you send us, necessary authentication and session information, request metadata and service or security logs generated by the application and its infrastructure.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider process the sign-in and provide the account details needed to identify you. Interiorloop does not ask for access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files as part of that sign-in.

Subscription checkout is not enabled in the current version. Once enabled, Dodo Payments will handle payment information and may provide us with subscription status, purchase references and billing records. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. Client project receipts recorded by a studio are separate from an Interiorloop subscription purchase.

How information is used

We use information to:

  • Authenticate users and provide the correct studio workspace and team permissions.
  • Store and organise studio content, generate documents, and show catalogs, designs and proposal choices requested by the studio.
  • Deliver enquiries to the intended studio and record client selections and proposal decisions.
  • Answer support requests, investigate errors, prevent abuse and protect access to accounts and private records.
  • Administer subscriptions when billing is enabled and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the activity: providing the service you request, operating and securing it where permitted, complying with legal obligations, or consent where required. Studios must establish an appropriate basis for the client information they upload.

Who can receive information

Your studio and intended recipients. Workspace information is made available according to studio membership and roles. A studio can intentionally share proposals, documents and enquiry links. A person with a public proposal link may be able to open the client-facing content without signing in; treat those links with care. Private costs and expenses are not intended for client-facing proposals or PDFs.

Service providers. The application uses Supabase for authentication, database and file-storage services. Resend is our selected provider for authentication and transactional email. Where email delivery is configured, it processes the recipient address and message content needed to deliver those emails. Cloudflare Pages has been selected to host the public website. Production hosting for the studio application and its processing locations will be confirmed before the studio app opens to customers. Dodo Payments is the intended merchant of record for future subscription purchases and will process purchase information under its own terms and privacy notice when that checkout is enabled.

Legal and security needs. Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or respond to a valid legal request. We do not use workspace content for public advertising or sell personal information. We do not add customer catalogs to another studio’s library.

Cookies & browser sessions

The app uses authentication cookies to keep your sign-in session working and refresh it securely. These cookies are functional features of the service, rather than advertising tools.

This version has no advertising pixels or marketing-analytics integration. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or workspace access. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before it is used.

Protecting information

The application uses authenticated studio access, role-based permissions and database access rules to separate studio workspaces. Private assets are served through authorised application routes. Public documents contain selected client-facing information rather than the studio’s private expense records.

No online service can promise absolute security. Protect access to your sign-in email, choose team roles carefully and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data. Report a suspected security issue to [email protected]. Please describe the issue without sending passwords, sign-in codes or complete payment-card details.

Retention & account closure

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the workspace, maintaining records that must remain consistent, handling disputes and meeting applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and the reason it is needed. We do not promise indefinite availability of workspace data.

Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete an account or its project records. To request account closure or deletion, contact support from your account email. We will review the request, verify authority where needed and explain any records that must be retained. Shared studio records, financial record integrity, legal requirements and protected backups can affect what can be removed and when.

Your choices & requests

Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights may have legal conditions and exceptions.

Send a request to [email protected] with your account email, studio name and the nature of the request. Do not send identity documents unless we ask for a proportionate verification method. If the information belongs to a studio’s client record, we may direct the request to that studio or work with it to respond. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was already lawful.

Policy updates & contact

We will update this policy when the service or its processing changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact where required. The updated date at the top identifies the current policy version. For service responsibilities, also see our Terms of Service.
